Syakirah Hanim Abdul Rahman is currently engaged in doctoral research in Finance at the International Islamic University Malaysia (IIUM) in Kuala Lumpur. She brings over ten years of combined teaching and industry experience, with a focus on Islamic and corporate finance. Her academic and consultancy work includes delivering training on Islamic financial products and leading strategy and development projects for MSMEs and economic planning. In her corporate tenure, she contributed to sukuk structuring and investor relations, offering hands-on experience in capital markets. Syakirah brings to M&T a well-rounded perspective that blends academic depth with industry relevance, particularly in advancing sustainable and inclusive Islamic finance.
FAAZA FAKHRUNNAS

Faaza Fakhrunnas is a doctoral researcher in Islamic Finance at International Center for Education in Islamic Finance (INCEIF) University and holds a Master’s degree in Islamic Finance from the International Islamic University Malaysia (IIUM). He specializes in Islamic social finance, with focused expertise in zakat, waqf, and sukuk structuring. Over the past five years, he has taught and published in various forums, earning multiple Best Paper Awards. His research explores the intersections of Islamic finance, digital economic systems, and econometric methods. As a recipient of the prestigious Maybank Islamic Scholarship, Faaza brings to M&T a forward-looking academic rigor and a commitment to innovation in Islamic financial systems.
ABDULLAH C. ANDAM

Abdullah C. Andam is a doctoral researcher in Accounting at the
International Islamic University Malaysia (IIUM), concentrating on Islamic finance, including zakat, waqf, and financial accountability. A licensed Certified Public Accountant and Cum Laude graduate from Mindanao State University-Marawi, he has over a decade of academic experience, including service as Chairperson of the Accountancy Department at the College of Business Administration and Accountancy. His scholarly work has been published in Scopus-indexed journals and presented at top Islamic finance conferences across Southeast Asia. Abdullah’s core expertise in Islamic financial reporting, zakat behavior, and curriculum development positions him as a valuable contributor to M&T’s educational and research endeavors.
ABDULMOJEB A. PANGOMPIG
Marawi City, Philippines
Abdulmojeb A. Pangompig is a legal and finance professional with deep roots in Islamic finance, education, and public policy. He earned his Master’s degree in Islamic Finance Practice from International Center for Education in Islamic Finance (INCEF) University in Malaysia and gained practical experience through the Professional Studies Department of the same institution. He currently serves as University Associate Professor V at Mindanao State University-Marawi, where he has taught for over a decade in the fields of accountancy, law, and business. Atty. Pangompig graduated Magna Cum Laude in Accountancy and was Class Valedictorian in his Juris Doctor program. Through his combined legal, academic, and professional experience, he offers M&T a principled and interdisciplinary approach to Islamic finance, regulation, and ethical economic development.
